Check for any damage and clean the connector. Ensure that the wires are firmly attached and are not damaged. You'll see a couple of wires going into a plug on the radiator, take the electrical plug off it, and bang a bit of wire between the connections on the end of the wires. Mind your fingers, because the fan should spin, this confirms your fan wiring's ok.
I pulled over and noticed the radiator fan wasn't coming on! My OBD scanner showed the coolant temps at around 105c although the temp gauge in the car only showed 90c. No fault codes at all.

Not sure which fan you mean, but if you mean the main one, rather than the smaller one that only comes on with the aircon, then see below.
